XELOX provides equivalent efficacy compared with FOLFOX in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer

Data released at the 2007 ASCO Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium have shown that XELOX (Xeloda plus oxaliplatin) is non-inferior to the current standard treatment, FOLFOX, in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
